***Please Read***

  • Please be sure to fill out one registration for each person attending in your party, regardless of their age. You can do this by selecting  "Add Another Registrant."
  • Lodging is provided free of charge. Bring your own tent if you are planning to stay on site.
  • Sabbath lunch is provided free.
  • Shirts and hoodies close August 27th.
  • If you have a musical instrument you would like to bring, feel free to. Keep in mind that everything is outdoors.
  • There is no specific dress code for attendees. Please dress according to the weather and activities. For those on stage, we respectfully ask that dress casual be worn: Men - collared shirt and nice jeans or khakis. Women - a knee length or longer skirt or dress. Keep in mind this is a religious event and dress to please God. Thank you so much!

-   On Friday afternoon, we will be doing community service.

-   On Sabbath afternoon, we will be doing door-to-door evangelism. We will go to local neighborhoods and pass out literature.

  • We prefer no soundtracks. We will have a pianist available. If you need an accompanist please email [email protected]. You are welcome to bring your own instruments as well. Thank you for your understanding!

I shall not hold liable: the AYM Carolina Youth Retreat, Seventh-day Adventist Carolina Conference, any Seventh-day Adventist Church Corporation, or the team coordinating the event, for any damage/loss to personal property or the personal safety/responsibility of myself and those who I am responsible for this retreat — so long as any of the aforesaid scenarios do not occur as a result of the neglect of any of the organization’s leaders. I will follow all the rules for this retreat as communicated to me, including but not limited to:

No alcohol or tobacco, or any other harmful or addictive substance shall be brought to or used at this event.
All minors must be under the responsibility of a parent/guardian. AYM Carolina is not responsible for the supervision of any minors attending.
All children ages 12 and under must remain with parents, or a responsible guardian at all times.
No music played over personal loudspeakers (headphones permitted).
No distribution of literature from any organization unsupportive of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and its mission.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
